SCR 19: Establishing Equal Pay Day in California

The California Senate proclaimed March 24 as Equal Pay Day, spotlighting our need to eliminate the gender gap in earnings by women. It marked the second vote the Senate took on March 22 to pass measures declaring that we must end the biases that lead to gross inequities in our society.
