CARB presented it annual report on greenhouse gas emissions in California to the Joint Legislative Committee on Climate Control Policies. Assemblymember Al Muratsuchi, committee chair, Senator Josh Becker, the vice chair, and committee members discussed California's emissions trends, asked questions about progress on emissions reductions and CARB's work on the 2022 Scoping Plan that is expected to shape California's strategy for more aggressive reductions in order to meet our state goals.
