Easing Barriers to Building Decarbonization

The Senate’s Energy Utilities and Communications Committee passed Senator Josh Becker’s SB 68, which will make it easier for owners to convert their property to electricity powered homes and buildings. The committee’s 10-2 vote on April 19 allows the senator’s climate action bill to advance in the Legislature. Read more about SB 68 here and here.
